Client Asset Key Information
Where you hold a Davy Portfolio, J&E Davy will act as Custodian and Administrator of the investments and money held in your J&E Davy account. You will have a direct relationship with J&E Davy in respect of the custody and administration services, which is governed by the Custody and Administration Terms and Conditions outlined in Appendix 5 of the UK Terms and Conditions of Business. J&E Davy, trading as Davy, is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland and subject to the Investment Firms Regulations.
