Client Asset Key Information
Where you hold a Davy Portfolio, J & E Davy Unlimited Company will act as Custodian and Administrator of the investments and money held in your J & E Davy Unlimited Company account. You will have a direct relationship with J & E Davy Unlimited Company in respect of the custody and administration services, which is governed by the Custody and Administration Terms and Conditions outlined in Appendix 5 of the UK Terms and Conditions of Business. J & E Davy Unlimited Company, trading as Davy, is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland and subject to the Investment Firms Regulations.
